The frontal lobe is the largest lobe, located behind your forehead. It is separated from the parietal lobe by the central sulcus.

This lobe is mainly responsible for motor functions. Thepremotor cortexis associated with planning voluntary movements, while theprimary motor cortex参与initiating these motor movements.

Theprefrontal cortexis responsible for planning, judgment, decision making, memory, and maybe personality. The frontal lobe also contains Broca’s area. This area is associated with speech production, so if this area is damaged that patient will suffer fromBroca’s aphasiaor expressive aphasia, meaning they won’t be able to create fluent speech.
