The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for scaling our Sales & Marketing FP&A processes and managing increasing business complexity as our company expands its product offerings, customer base and markets served. This is an excellent opportunity to shape something new, taking our Sales and Marketing FP&A to the next level in this newly created role, reporting to the Global Director of FP&A. What you’ll be doing
Acting as a strategic Finance business partner to the Sales & Marketing executive leadership team
Drive Pipeline and Sales forecast accuracy partnering with the Sales & Marketing leads
Develop, lead, measure and maintain the key KPI’s for the Sales & Marketing teams that drive the most impactful long term business results
Support functional business reviews by developing fresh insights and more visual displays of financial and operational KPIs, metrics, trends -- and propose solutions to improve results
Prepare financial analysis and presentations for the senior leadership team

Create quarterly cadence around segmented profitability analysis to support the Sales and Marketing circles and improve margin
Work on special projects and provide ad-hoc financial reporting and analysis
Develop financial models and analysis to support strategic initiatives
If you’ve got these skills, we’d love to hear from you
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics or similar. MBA a plus.
3-5 years relevant work experience
NetSuite, SaaSOptics, Salesforce, Marketo, Adaptive Planning or similar systems.
Demonstrated proficiency in Google suite/Microsoft Office with advanced knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel and Google Slides/PowerPoint.
A plus if you are highly competent in working with data and programming tools (eg. Tableau, Python, SQL, etc.)
Portfolio of reports, presentations, project plans you’ve created that illustrates your skills in these areas
Exceptional analytical skills coupled with a solid understanding of business dynamics
Specific examples of vision-creation and how to make it a reality through specific metrics and report packets (a portfolio of models, decks, reporting packages you’ve created over the years; de-identified)
Model creation ability and willingness to demonstrate some past models
Strong communications skills and ability to work cross-functionally and with circle leads
Proven track record of delivering on commitments, and working closely & effectively with peers and leaders outside of the Finance group
