Vice President of Growth, Demand Generation
Here at Labster, we’re eager to find a highly data driven and energetic Vice President (VP) of Demand Generation (Growth) to join our global, mission driven organization. In this role reporting directly to our CMO, you will shape and implement a comprehensive growth marketing strategy to drive new customer acquisition, user funnel optimization, and lifecycle initiatives while partnering with leaders across the organization to drive measurable outcomes. You will own the strategy, positioning and execution of priorities for all digital channels and develop a deep understanding of the levers to drive adoption and engagement across all products and all geographies to determine the optimal level of required investment.

Develop the company's global data-driven, demand generation strategy and channels to drive new business, as well as expand the existing customer base. Own execution of its associated plan, including scope, target outcomes, key metrics and measures, and required inputs and resources to deliver
Identify and cultivate the most lean-forward audiences with a strategic approach towards the right audiences to develop and acquire them
Deeply understand the customer lifecycle and identify opportunities for growth and optimization
Build systems and processes that will track and report on pipeline key performance metrics and use this data to optimize campaign strategies
Partner closely with Labster's content team to generate meaningful increases in quality traffic by constantly improving the content we create based on data
Work cross-functionally not only within Marketing, but also Sales and Product Management to develop a strong pipeline of opportunities
Leverage account-based marketing and selling tactics as an efficient way to drive demand
Develop understanding of efficiency metrics and optimize efforts to continuously drive down CAC and improve lifetime value
Manage 7 team members in 2022 and growth agency, scale up 2023
This is a growth leadership role which requires SaaS Marketing experience – full-funnel, free trial/demo acquisition experience and traditional demand generation
Improve our ability to convert inbound traffic through CRO strategy and best practices
Oversee the ongoing global strategy development, maintenance, and improvement of all Labster digital demand gen tools and applications
Deep experience and proven success with ABM and Omni-channel acquisition

Entrepreneurial drive, energetic and “no job is too small” attitude
Experience in EdTech B2B marketing preferred but, not required
A love of data and can analyze a marketing funnel; you can identify and size different growth opportunities and the various ways to meet them
The ability to synthesize complex ideas into actionable recommendations for senior leadership to drive the business forward
Experience working with Product teams to improve and drive revenue via Free Trial programs
