I've been with Labster since April 2016 and I've been so lucky to wear many hats since my arrival - Labster is amazing like that!

After holding a role as EA for Labster's CEO, I moved into our People efforts and began focusing more and more on our HR and People efforts; our team members are the ones fulfilling our vision so they should always be top priority.

Since Spring 2020 I've even been honoured with the overall responsibility of Labster's People Circle. In practice this means that I'm accountable for our People strategies (performance reviews, compensation structures, People compliance, benefit negotiations, etc.) which I'm really excited about. Because in the end; we can't do anything without great people :)

Labster's vision is toempower the next generation of scientists to change the world!

We do so by developing fully interactive advanced lab simulations based on mathematical algorithms that support open-ended investigations. These are combined with gamification elements such as an immersive 3D universe, storytelling and a scoring system which stimulates students’ natural curiosity and highlights the connection between science and the real world.

Our main partners are HigherEd institutions and High Schools but we also support companies with their internal and external corporate training.
